1. The service

VEGAS.iD provides identity, verification, trust, contribution and reputation tools. The service may evolve while it is in beta.

2. No guarantee or endorsement

A profile, verification, Trust status, badge, review result or ranking is not a guarantee of character, safety, quality, licensing, future conduct or suitability for any transaction. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and due diligence.

3. Accurate information

You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person, submit forged evidence, manipulate references, trade verification, or attempt to influence reviewers improperly.

4. Verification and status changes

Evidence may require independent review. Submission does not equal verification. Trust and other statuses may be delayed, rejected, suspended, reduced or invalidated when evidence changes, expires or becomes unreliable.

5. Reviews and appeals

VEGAS.iD may use human review, automated signals and risk detection. Automated signals do not make final Trust decisions by themselves. Review and appeal procedures may apply depending on the action.

6. Account security

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

7. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape protected data, bypass access controls, submit unlawful content, or use the service to deceive, harass or harm others.

8. Beta availability

Beta features may change, be limited, fail or be withdrawn. We may modify or suspend features to protect users, security, legal compliance or service integrity.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEGAS.iD is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
